For the building of the Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film and Television, IDZ, PGD, PZI and PID documentation was prepared for the planned reconstruction and energy renovation interventions. Given the condition of the existing building, the needs of the new program and the technical complexity of the implementation, the demolition of the existing building was partially carried out, while the listed parts of the building were preserved. Parts of the building that were not subject to protection were removed and replaced with new ones of the same dimensions. The division of the facade by floor, the dimensions of window and door openings and the main vertical communication were preserved. The upper part is structurally separated from the listed lower part of the building, and the facade in this part is made of metal facade panels. The building includes all the spaces for the needs of the academy - smaller offices and technical and service rooms, lecture halls, study stages, wardrobes, projection hall, theatre hall and ballet training room. The largest and highest spaces - the theatre hall and the FTV studio, are located on the top floor of the building.
